In the 1910 census his widower son, Thomas Jr., is living in his household, along with his two sons, and a nephew of Thomas Sr., William, 19, born in Arkansas, and his parents born in Alabama.

Thomas is listed as head-of-household in the 1920 Census, Jackson Co., Alabama, Woodville, family #149, January 14: Thomas M. Cobb, 75, farmer, self & parents born in Alabama; Julia, 72, wife, self & parents born in Alabama. Although the 1920 census names him as Thomas M., the 1910 census named his son as Thomas Jr., and this Thomas is thereafter clearly named as Thomas P.; thus, perhaps his middle initial isn't M but P. ⁹⁸

Thomas married Julia Unknown about 1867-1868 ^96,97.^,98 (Julia Unknown was born in May 1847 in AL, USA ^96,97,98.)
