You may download, from this web site, a verson of the spreadsheet that works on Microsoft Excel 2010 (or newer).
Cost: Absolutely nothing! It's totally free except for you either owning your own copy of Microsoft Excel 2010 (or newer).
I place no obligations on you, except to not proliferate the program to others, the presentation & format are my own creation, and consider that as my copyrighted work, as of Oct. 20, 2020.
If someone wants a copy, then send them to this web site, and download their own copy. You may share it within your immediate family (father, mother, and their children), because it's designed to be used by only one person. If you have a family, then download a copy for your family. That might seem trivial, but sharing can infect the file via the sharing media, and thereby affect the file's ability to function as designed.
However, after you've started using the spreadsheet for a week or four, verifying that it does what I designed it to do, then ask yourself a question -- Does this spreadsheet have value-added to the heart and/or blood tests results that I am either required to take, or desire to take to monitor my own health?
If your answer to the above question is Yes, then consider donating in an amount of your choice. But in no case are you either obligated to donate anything, or expected to donate any amount whatsoever. If you send me a donation, send it to James Hankins, 4145 Villager Way, Rex, Georgia, 30273 -- cash only! Anything I receive with be reported as taxable income, and I no not have any supplemental associations with any business, organization, govermental agency, group, or individual.
It took almost 6-months of a great many hours per day, every day, much thought, and study of both medical training, and how to technically cause a spreadsheet to execute my design. I didn't create this spreadsheet to make money, I wrote it to meet a need in not only my wife's unanticipated and unexpected need, but also in my own life, to allow me to be an active participant in helping meet her needs. Incidentally, via the spreadsheet, and pursuit of knowledge of the heart, pulse, and blood, I not only learned things to aide my wife, but it also applied to my health. Yes, I too use this spreadsheet.
