Yet, he had at least 5-children before that date. It looks more and more like his 1st, 2nd, 3rd wives were all the same person -- Mildred Elizabeth Cecil, married, divorced; married, divorced, and married again, especially since they all has the same birth date of Jul. 23, 1919, McDowell Co., WV.
