 Research Notes:
The 1870 census gives her age as 14, or born about 1855/1856 vice May 4, 1859 as indicated by another researcher. It seems that she probably overstated her age here, and for a young teen, that would be normal.
The 1900 Census says her birth year was Mar 1858, whereas her tombstone says 1859. The census age and date is consistent and probably correct, but I have used the tombstone data because it is more readily available to see by others.
In the 1910 census she is Mary M., 50, married 35 years, 12-of-13 children living, and her parents were born in Georgia. 82,83,84

James Thomas Sparks and Lucinda Marcella "Lucie" Brock, on Mar 17, 1875 53,81,82.,83 (Zerah Thomas "Didd" Sparks was born on Jun 1, 1857 in AL, USA,53,56,57,81,82,83 died on Jan 10, 1929 53 and was buried in Rehobeth Cemetery, Guntersville, Marshall Co., AL 53.)
