Miss Jean Wilson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Wilson of Paris, became the bride of William R. Daniels, Jr. the son of Mrs. Gladys Volkman and William R. Daniels of Detroit, Mich., at a ceremony solemnized at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of the officiating minister, the Rev. F.M. Tinder in Paris.
The bride wore an aqua suit with black accessories and an orchid shoulder bouquet.
Miss June Shelburne and D. T. McCracken, Jr. were attendants.
Following the wedding, a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.
The bride is a graduate of Carlisle high school and was recently discharged from the Waves after serving one and half years. She will enter the University of Kentucky in the fall.
The bridegroom served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy for two years. He is now a student at the University of Kentucky.
After a wedding trip the couple will make their home in Lexington.
