Note: Paul Harris only had one daughter named Betty (Elizabeth L. "Betty" Harris), & she was born in 1869. This is verified by her being 10 in the 1880 census. However, in later census entries her age varies substantially. Then, the 1900 census shows Betty L. to match the 1880 data, but no child named Betty to match the marriage record above, when she would have been about 51 instead of 42. There is no other Paul Harris family in the region, so he age is certainly understated in the marriage records. Then, in 1910 she is shown as 24, and her other previously listed siblings also have their ages greatly understated.
